Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Remove the casing (if any) and mix sausage in a bowl
Fill the peppadews with your choice of Gianelli Sausage, pressing to compact it down
*Option- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or add a cheese cube in the pep after you added the meat! (for any cheese lovers)
Arrange the peppers with the meat side up on a very lightly oiled pan. Make sure you press them down a bit to make sure they don't roll around the pan
Cook in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning them frequently
Cut one open to make sure the pink is gone (needs to be at 160 degrees for Pork and 165 degrees for Chicken and Turkey)
Once finished take them out of the oven and let them sit in the pan for only a few minutes
Transfer the meat filled peps to a platter to serve and enjoy!
