Homemade Gianelli Sausage Meatballs

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese in a large bowl. Form desired size meatballs with your hands and place them on a baking sheet.

3Bake for 20-25 minutes until there is no pink inside and the meatballs are golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees.


1 pound of your favorite Gianelli Sausage!

2 cups of biscuit baking mix

1 pound sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
