Crock pot Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

1Slice the onions and peppers into strips and place in slow cooker. Place sausage on top of onions and peppers.

2Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or high 3-4 hours. Make sure sausage reaches 160 degrees. For chicken or turkey internal temperature must reach 165 degrees.

3Tip: Make sure the sausage is not touching the sides of the crock pot so they do not burn.

Serves 2-4 People

1-2 Peppers
