Crock pot Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Ingredients

1 Package of Gianelli Pork Italian Sausage Links. (Hot or Sweet) *For a Different Option Try our Turkey or Chicken Links!

1-2 Onions

1-2 Peppers

Directions

1Slice the onions and peppers into strips and place in slow cooker. Place sausage on top of onions and peppers.

2Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or high 3-4 hours. Make sure sausage reaches 160 degrees. For chicken or turkey internal temperature must reach 165 degrees.

3Tip: Make sure the sausage is not touching the sides of the crock pot so they do not burn.
