2 cups Flour
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Shortening
3/4 cup Milk
3 Eggs- Scrambled
2 oz. 1 package Sausage Patties
Making the biscuits
1If using prepackaged rolls or biscuits follow directions on package.
If not follow our home made baking powder biscuits!
2Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt & shortening in medium bowl, stir until mixture looks crumbly.
3Add milk in until dough leaves sides of bowl (will be sticky)
4Place dough on floured surface, knead approximately 10 times
5Roll out dough & cut with a round cutter. If any dough is leftover, bring together for 1-2 more biscuits.

7Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm, makes 7 biscuits.
Cooking the sausage
1In a large skillet cook sausage over medium heat and cook completely.
Putting them all together!
1Cut rolls or biscuits in half. Place scrambled egg on bottom then sausage patty on top of scrambled egg. Finish with the top of the biscuit!
