Gianelli Sausage Sweet and Hot Italian Pork Sausage Links:

To Bake:  Place Sausage in an oven safe pan/skillet. Preheat oven to 350° F. Place sausage in oven for 20-25 minutes then turn to the other side. If sausage is sticking to the pan, add water to coat the bottom of the pan. Continue baking for another 20-25 minutes. Internal cooking temperature must reach 160 ℉.

To Fry: Place sausage in a non stick frying pan over medium heat turning frequently. If sausage is sticking to the pan, add 1/8-inch water, making sure not to bring water to boil. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until required internal temperature is reached. Internal cooking temperature must reach 160 ℉.

To Grill: Place sausage on grill over a medium flame and turn frequently until required internal temperature is reached. Internal cooking temperature must reach 160 ℉.

Gianelli Hot and Sweet Italian Pork Sausage Patties:

To Fry: Place patties in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. When edges turn brown flip the patty over to cook the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown and required internal temperature is reached.  Internal cooking temperature must reach 160 ℉.

To Grill: Place patty on grill over medium flame.  Cook approximately 5 minutes on each side. Edges should be browned before flipping. Cook until internal temperature is reached. Internal cooking temperature must reach 160 ℉.

Gianelli Pork Sausage Breakfast Links:

To Fry: Place little links in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add 1/8-inch of water to simmer links, making sure not to bring water to boil.  Turn frequently. Cook approximately 15 minutes or until required internal temperature is reached.  Internal cooking temperature must reach 160 ℉.

Gianelli Turkey or Chicken Italian Sausage Links

To Bake: Place sausage link in oven safe pan/skillet.  Preheat oven to 375 ℉.  Add 1/8-inch water to pan and place sausage in oven. Cook 20 minutes then turn sausage. Gianelli Turkey Sausage is 96% lean so cooking time is less than that for Gianelli Pork Sausage.  Gianelli Chicken Sausage is 85-88% lean so cooking time is less than Gianelli Pork Sausage as well.  Continue cooking for another 20 minutes or until required internal temperature is reached.  Internal cooking temperature must reach 165 ℉.

To Fry: Place sausage in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.  Add 1/8-inch water to pan, do not boil.  Frequently turn sausage.  Cook for 15-20 minutes or until required internal temperature is reached.  Internal cooking temperature must reach 165 ℉.
