When we started making Gianelli sausage in 1946, we began with a sausage recipe that came from Tuscany, Italy in the 1890s. To this day, we still follow that same recipe.  We use only the finest seasonings and the freshest, highest quality cuts of meat, staying true to the recipe's Italian roots.

Our manufacturing process uses the tried and true traditions of the old-world sausage makers, while still keeping up with today's latest technological advances.
